Assembly name of 2.0rc1 is wrong, making MiniProfiler methods show up in stack trace #147

Assembly name for 2.0-rc1 is still "MiniProfiler", but 
MiniProfiler.Settings.AssembliesToExclude only has "StackExchange.Profiling"

This means that internal methods show up in the stack trace, and with the stack 
trace's character limit, makes it basically useless.
