NuGet Package Files contains wrong Namespaces #151

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the latest Mini Profiler and Mini Profiler for MVC NuGet Package
2. Build
3. Error "MiniProfiler Namespace not found (build error!)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Use new your new namespace using StackExchange.Profiling; and update your help 
files.
