Medium trust problem #159

Hi there,

Miniprofiler doesn't work with medium trust. We are using miniprofiler 3.0.10

Mvc 4.0, .Net 4.5.1 on shared hosting.

Error is here:

[NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.]
   StackExchange.Profiling.Settings..cctor() +813
