Show tooltips for long lines in the output of the profiler #23

The lines shown in the output of the profiler are relatively small so not all 
the text will fit. Please add tooltip support so the full text can be read when 
hovering over the text.

When the names are over 45 characters they'll now be added as a title attribute 
as well for tooltips (this is the point you're likely to get truncated via CSS).
