Extentionless request is not properly routed #71

I'm using miniprofiler in an ASP.NET Forms application. Somwhow alle routes to 
the HttpHanders work fine, except 'mini-profiler-results'
I added an extention by replacing 'mini-profiler-results' with 
'mini-profiler-results.ecf' and got things working

Could this be adopted in the next version?
