Show an indicator on the tab when duplicate queries are detected. #9

We plan on running with the mini profiler on throughout our dev, testing and 
staging cycles.

In order to reduce the number of times we "nervously" check the timer, it would 
be nice if it could light up red, or show an icon when there are duplicate 
queries detected.

When duplicate queries are detected, the popup button will show ! and be red.
