Ho do I authenticate? #7

Hi, the wiki page for authentication is not complete. Is there a way I could authenticate?

The wiki page is outdated since it documents a private API that's unsupported now for years. The wiki homepage has this notice as the 1st paragraph:

This site documents Instagram's unofficial API used by their iPhone app. This is not what you want to use if you're creating Instagram apps. Instead, visit their official API site.

So please, if you're creating Instagram apps, visit their official API documentation.

Hi :) Actually I need the private API to post photos to Instagram :) I tried to reverse engineer the app with Charles myself, but there was no luck there! (Guess I lack the knowledge of doing so) Anyways if you can help me in any way, I would really appreciate it :)
