Added translations in French. #615

Added french translation to fix error when displaying a page in french.

Thank you for the contribution, but I do not accept translations other than English in this library because I wouldn't know how to maintain them once I gathered many in languages that I do not speak myself. I think translations should be handled on a per-app basis.
