There's a pretty serious display bug on Firefox (probably others, too -- looks like a CSS issue). When the window isn't maximized, the app icons containers are stretched to about 80% of the page width and displayed one-per-row:
My display resolution is 1920x1080 and this issue shows up when I snap FF to use half a display.
