Please find an example of how Pacbio writes Sequel output at https://downloads.pacbcloud.com/public/SequelData/ArabidopsisDemoData/SequenceData/1_A01_customer/ - I think that’s the quickest and easiest way (at least, from our side) to have a look at Sequel data.
