I can't craft any of the blocks #11

I've got the datapack on a server and I can use the blocks, however, there is no crafting recipe for them. I tested on a single-player world and can craft them there, I'm not sure if I'm missing something obvious?

Run /datapack list and make sure that the data pack is enabled. If it already is, do you have any other data packs enabled?

yeah not having update-1-21(feature) enable was the issue. I was confused about not seeing no-trial-chambers in the list. Thanks for the help

@MostlyNOOB Do not enable the update_1_21 (feature) data pack! It will cause trial chambers to start generating once you reopen the world!

If you don't see the no-trial-chambers data pack in the list then it means you didn't add the data pack correctly. Double check the folder you put it in.

Hi there, I am also having this problem. the update_1_21 (feature) data pack is not enabled and the no-trial-chambers data pack is. I am new to VS code (and github) so I might've made a mistake in the configuration somewhere! I can see the items in the creative menu though no trial chambers

oof I'm sorry I realized that me and this fellow were having the same issues. I should have just messaged in this thread instead. I have enabled the features through the level.dat file like you instructed in the tutorial but the pack is not listed when I run /datapack list. I have pasted it into its proper folder though. just to make sure it is the no_trial_chambers_main.zip file that I need to use right?

Hi! I'm having the same issues! I'm new to all this as well, so probably a user error, but I'm not sure where! I can't craft any of the blocks and I don't see them in the creative menu either.

Is there an extra step to enable the datapack? All I did was follow the tutorial under the existing singleplayer world heading.

@Aquafox818 Are you on vanilla, or are you using any mods?

I use a few resource and data packs from vanilla tweaks but that's it!

Also when I went to stonecut copper blocks there were two recipes labeled "air"

I figured it out! First, my opitfine (which is a mod, oops!) was out of date, meaning my whole game was out of date and I needed to update my other packs. Then when I finished all that I ran /datapack list and it said the datapack was disabled so I ran /datapack enable update_1_21_no_trial_chambers_1.20.4.zip (which you can only do in creative mode) And now it works!

I'm so excited to use it now! :)
