Update/add notebooks for melt rate, thermal driving and haline driving spatial distribution #19

This merge updates or adds notebooks to create the following figures:

@claireyung, this is ready to review when you have time. I'm fine with updating color maps and colorbar ranges as you see fit.

I like curl for melt a little better than balance, which my group uses for differences (e.g. model - obs).

I like using thermal for thermal driving and haline for haline driving but they are both signed quantities so they should probably have divergent colormaps. We can chat about that tomorrow.
