Line spaghetti plots for Ocean1 and Ocean2

Show timescales for the change between cold to warm - how are these timescales related to overturning and melt strength?

are there other scalars we want to show e.g. overturning strength?

Plot with updated colours, showing log scale for Ocean2 to zoom in, and also some plots with normalised (by max-min) and shifted (to the first time when the melt rate reaches 0.5*(max-min)+min to show the similarity between the model runs.

Ignore MOM6, but ROMS is different in Ocean1. All look pretty similar in Ocean2.
