consider removing dist from repo since it is already in gitignore #71

i've been finding it a pain in my own repos to maintain a dist folder, i think it might be better to release builds in the Downloads section, or allow people to generate their own fresh copy with grunt.

After some thought, we decided to keep the dist folder. We can discuss if more requests come in to remove it.
