See this article for setting up github pages, I want to try to deploy from "doc" I think. https://help.github.com/articles/configuring-a-publishing-source-for-github-pages/

Steps:

[x] Use Werker to generate Hugo (depends on R blogdown's HTML, not sure yet if it even works)
[ ] Set up staging deploy to gh_pages to make sure this thing even works
[ ] Set up rsync (via ssh key) to Digital Ocean

Note that the documentation indicated generation of the site via R on Travis was slow and error prone, so I'm experimenting with Wercker's Hugo generation/deployment support per the Hugo docs (https://gohugo.io/hosting-and-deployment/deployment-with-wercker/).
