incscape is_available check can fail while install from ppa stable #15

While installing Incscape ppa:inkscape.dev/stable version the is_available check fails due to changed version string. The version string changes from Inkscape 0.92.5 (2060ec1f9f, 2020-04-8) to Inkscape 1.1 (1:1.1+202105261517+ce6663b3b7).
