Leaflet Unit graphics are not displaying the name field, if modifier and name have the same value #305

When displaying unit icon graphics, if the Name field and the Modifier Unique Designation1 have the same value i.e (Name = IIICORPS, UniqueDesignation1 = IIICORPS), the Name field will not display with labels turned on. If either value is modified and they are different, both the Name and Unique Designation 1 values are displayed.
