Allow the setting of the preferred affiliation colors for units, and tactical graphics

SitAware (using mil-sim-android ) is using blue as the default color for friendly units. Most of the applications use black, and that color is the default in the renderer. The adding of setUnitDefaultColors, and setGraphicDefaulktColors will allow applications to set their preferred affiliation colors.
