Please review color affiliation changes.

I also improve the rendering of 2 label only for the case of lines. The improvement was already added (release 37) for Android.

My Atom editor reformatted the updated JavaScript files. The review is going to be a little bit hard because of that.

Can you try merging master into your branch? Right now your branch removes a lot of changes we have in SinglePointRenderer and SinglePointSVGRenderer
