Implement basic communication between QGroundControl and Data Station from QGroundControl side #2

I'm creating an issue for this so that we can coordinate. Let me know when you want to test this (might be prudent to test out single byte transfers first). I will set up a demo Arduino with an XBee.

Ok, I confirmed that the data station is able to receive and execute commands 1,2,3 and 4. It is able to receive and acknowledge command 5, but does not yet act on it.
