Endpoints for webhooks #11260

Hi.

I tried request('i/webhook/list') but It not works, because Misskey.Endpoints not includes webhook related endpoints.

Can you add missing endpoints?

This should be in misskey-dev/misskey as this repo is now merged there. (I don't have the permission to transfer the issue, @tamaina @syuilo) (I had the permission, I just couldn't find the right button!)
