HTL didn't listing replies for own note

💡 Summary

Replies on my notes don't showing in the Home timeline

🥰 Expected Behavior

Home timeline should list replies for my note.

🤬 Actual Behavior

Home timeline not listing replies for my note.

However, the Hybrid timeline seems to list the replies correctly.

📝 Steps to Reproduce

Write note with private visibility (A account)
write reply 1. note (B account)
in HTL, (A account) can't see reply note after refreshing

💻 Frontend Environment

* Model and OS of the device(s): macOS 14.4
* Browser: Chrome 123.0.6312.86
* Server URL: buttersc.one
* Misskey: 2024.3.1+bscone.d

🛰 Backend Environment (for server admin)

* Installation Method or Hosting Service: docker compose, development environment
* Misskey: 2024.3.1+bscone.d
* Node: 20.10.0
* PostgreSQL: 15.3
* Redis: 7.0.11
* OS and Architecture: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS aarch64
