💡 Summary

コントロールパネル内の Ap requests に表示されているチャートの表示が変です。

🥰 Expected Behavior

Out: Fail が 0 のとき、チャート上では 0 のところにプロットされる

🤬 Actual Behavior

Out: Fail が 0 のとき、チャート上では 0 のところにプロットされていない
