Discussion: how to handle languages with no ISO code? #9

As I went through the quotation mark summary table on Wikipedia, I came across several languages that did not have an ISO 639-1 code (or at least not an easily-found one).

Some of these were constructed languages (e.g. Lojban), but not all (e.g. Tai Nuea).

Would including these be useful?

How would we handle naming files for these?

Is there a standard way to name languages that are not included in ISO?

Just came across this while working my way into a translation management system: Tags for Identifying Languages: https://tools.ietf.org/html/bcp47 Please ignore if this is common knowledge 😃
