Could not open pipe. GLE=2 #99

I am trying to connect to my switch on version 9.1.0 with my Windows machine over network. However, I cannot run a single command with a clean install without getting this error:

 C:\projects\twili\twib\tool\Twib.cpp:925: Could not open pipe. GLE=2

Is this error message due to the fact that I have not disabled usb_bridge? Thank you.

I fixed the error. Make absolutely certain twibd is running before you do anything for those with the same error!!!
