Added Ghosts'n Goblins clone from jotego #58

I have created a new version of the Ghosts'n Goblins core including full YM2203 sound (through my jt12/jt49 cores). The source code is hosted in my github but I think it is better to have binary files centralized here.

Once you merge it in, I will annouce it in the Atari fourm.

You can quickly test it using this rom file -which I will delete after the merge.

Slingshot added a link in the Wiki page to this core. The link should point here. I think it is not needed to mix this into this core then.
