tg16 update mem corruption #97

if you run double dungeon the reference characters are overwritten by the cursor, old tg16 core with the old menu did not behave this way.

Would be good to check on the MiSTer version, as I don't see any obvious problems in the MiST port.

Fixed in the latest release.
