The team market value should be a measure of the general demand for the assets of the team relative to other teams. This value is used to determine a team's share of the league deposit pool.

[ ] adjustments for league format (salary/contract, scoring, etc)
[ ] ingest trades from leagues, index based on league format
[ ] ingest trade values from fantasycalc.com
[ ] document how the calculation is made
