Tracking issue for data view scatter plot

• [ ] toggle diagonal grid lines for showing tiers
• [ ] toggle linear regression plot line
• [ ] use team logos when point is for a team unit
• [ ] use team colors for plot label
• [ ] use position colors for plot point
• [ ] implement algo for displaying as many plot point labels as possible by repositioning them to prevent overlapping
• [ ] download the plot as an image
• [ ] use selected params to improve the title of axis labels
• [ ] add subtitle that use selected params for detailed description
• [ ] Keep Logo sizes and font label size proportional
• [ ] When doing a year split add the year to the label ex. Amari Cooper (2022) - maybe do this for weeks as well
• [ ] add ability to adjust the average red dotted lines
• [ ] add the ability to change the font of the text in the chart
• [ ] ad the ability to make custom chart titles & subtitles
