Additional documentaiton #11

I'm a bit unclear on a few things:

--speed is the speed which incoming traffic is throttled? Documentation doesn't make it clear, looking at code it seems like it is only incoming traffic. Should the argument be renamed to --incoming?

[edit] --speed add documentation that speed is in bytes per second

Ah, the console.log does output speed measurement of "bytes per second"
