OS: Windows 10 Pro N, Version 1709, Build 16299.309 IE: Version 11.309 Edge: Version 41.16299

The error message reads: "No compatible source found for this media" - MEDIA_ERR_SRC_NOT_SUPPORTED

Please let me know if you have any suggestions for how to fix this, or if there is any other information I can provide.
