Links incorrect in CFIDE administrator installation #2

The navigation links in the CFIDE admin aren't working properly.

We currently detect if we're running under cfide/administrator, could add code to check the custommenu.xml file is up to date with the latest cftracker changes.

Had an idea about using JavaScript to check for this.
