Archive and summarize old transactions #34

As the transactions table fills up, it might help to move some of them to a different archive table, possibly by year. They might also get summarized into a summary table with totals by month and category. Most likely this would be triggered manually, such as “archive everything before ____”

Summarizing is related to #33 since those notes would probably be saved with the summary data.
