Import does not import files correctly.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Export site
2. Import site to a new web-space on the same domain.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The site should look identical to the site that was exported. Instead, all 
files that are re-uploaded show a blank icon and only have the download option. 
the View option is missing as are the file type icons. To fix this we have to 
delete all of the files and re-upload them manually. I am attempting to 
automate the backup/import process for my company so manually doing these 
things is counter productive.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.3 on windows XP SP3

The import process (also could be an issue in the export process) needs to 
import the sites files correctly. Right now they just have a blank icon and say 
download. The original sites file's had a file type icon and an option for 
view.
