removed all the unneeded uses of this and prototypes
moved the grain class closer to the playback mechanism that it should be
made cloud() more functional
added an updated README with all the current notes

there is a major bug in how the playback length and density are used and how they change based on input, but good progress. Implementing grain params as in README will solve these issues. YAY
