The current algorithm for generation of grain schedule offsets leaves gaps at what sounds like the tick timing.

The scheduling needs to cover the time between the last scheduled grain and the end of the next tick worth of time. Currently, it simply fills a tick worth of time, creating strange silence gaps depending on the density, grain length, and tick length
