Auto filter - Some tidying up and XML documentation #36

These are the updates:

Update filters in dib and document known issues
Prior to final commit remove lines related to running locally from dib
Add XML documentation to AutoFilter discriminated unions
Rename some function/value names
EqualToBool and NotEqualToBool make value uppercase
