Added border styling for merged cells #46

Hi Kit,

I have added border styling specifically for merged cells since the 'Style' command in the Item list does not retain original borders around an original cell once the cell is merged (which is how Excel behaves anyway). This solves the problem of the original comment I left in the tutorial notebook for borders around merged cells.
