Alphabet Marker Positioning Adjustment. #27

Currently the alphabet indicator (when enabled) is placed in the top right corner. Is there a possibility to adjust this positioning back to centre, as in it's current position it's outside my direct line of sight when scrolling. Also, if displayed centrally, I think it needs to be about half as big again.

Finally (OCD Me), the positioning / margin between the top of the icon, and the right-hand side are not the same - there's more gap between the top bar and the icon, than the right-hand side and the edge of the screen.

I am happy just having this is the top right corner.

Do you still think this needs to be looked at?
