Test Drive readme instructions on getting setup #6

Would be good to go through the Readme instructions and make sure nothing is missing there.

Just need to pull into master and it should be fine.

Cool, you should be able to issue a pull request from github.

and pro tip. You can associate commits, pull requests with issues by using the #issue_number in your commit messages.

So when you issue your PR, you can say that your adding docs in for #6
