• [x] TVL and Token Pair info texts overlap on mobile (farm page) #36
• [x] Empty column to the right hand side on mobile (farm page) #36
• [x] Format pair name as two lines instead of mist/bch (farm page) #36
• [x] Show current selected farm mode (your farms, all farms) on mobile (farm page) #38
• [ ] Format TVL in Kilo$ and M$, e.g. $1.01 M instead of $1,015,101; $301 K instead of $301,898 (farm page)
• [x] Show "Add MIST", "Add xMIST" buttons on mobile (general) #37
• [x] Remember last swap pair, and recall it when switching pages (swap page) #39
• [x] Add MistSwap to vfat tools vfat-tools/vfat-tools#1956
