feat: add light theme #62

Address #50

  1. Add a button component in header to show and toggle theme.
  2. To minimize code changes, I use css variables for colors in tailwind config instead of hard code to implement theme switch.
  3. A bit source code changes
  4. Test both in chrome and safari mobile
