Auto-loading project from Trash #3208

Describe the bug

When a project is sent to trash from the designer and:

Project Autoload is on
App Inventor is reloaded without opening a new project

Then App Inventor will auto-load the project from Trash.

Affects

[x] Projects Explorer
[ ] Companion
[ ] Compiled apps
[ ] Buildserver
[ ] Debugging
[ ] Other... (please describe)

Expected behavior

If the last-opened project is currently in Trash, the App Inventor should probably just show the Project Explorer page.
