create an image gallery ... #724

... of background images and buttons and the like or people to incorporate into App Inventor projects. We should not make this open to everyone to contribute, but having it managed by a few people would be good.

Would be good to find a different name for it; 'gallery' may be confusing as there's already one.

Found this issue from a long time ago. Maybe use the images from openclipart. https://openclipart.org/developers The images are all in the public domain.

For instance Libre Office uses them also in their software.
