Invocation name going away #135

In the next major update of the Alexa system, every user-facing reference for "invocation name" will be renamed to "skill name" since App Inventor doesn't actually make a distinct (skill name is always used as invocation name).

We should update the Alexa tutorials once the new version is ready to go.
