Incorrect links on Setup tab #23

Under HowTo's, if you click on first tab, Setup, there are 3 options. Companion and Wif links to Publish to Gallery rather than going to how to setup wifi. Both "Companion and USB Cable" and "Emulator" links go to the TextToSpeech howto. Links need to be fixed.
