updated YR Media translation tutorial to be English to Spanish #52

One thing I could not fix was the component icons on the How To tutorials for the expand your app suggestions. Because of the directory structure, it doesn't pick up the icons. This will need to be addressed if someone can reorganize the entire structure/javascript.

I left out the SpeechRecognizer extension for now. We can add this later.
