Refactoring #8

In farxinu/yrtoolkit, I have a "refactor" branch. In this, I am removing the duplicate files and consolidating everything into a single place. No multiple "images" folders or multiple "tutorials" folders. This will make adding future tutorials significantly less work.

This will break all links, as well as aia/asc files. Mark mentioned there's a possibility to simulate links so that old links don't break.

Currently, in the refactor branch, if you navigate to a tutorial via the menu (tutorials.html), then the howTos show up correct (such as connect_app). But if you navigate to a tutorial directly (say, to TalkToMe.html), then the howTos do not appear. This is just one quirky behavior that's come up, and I need help understanding all of this, so I'm assigning @marksherman to help me whenever he gets free cycles (it won't let me actually assign him)
