Add absorption x.s. to material.xml files and parsing #49

I didn't realize this until just now, but we actually do need the multigroup absorption x.s. for the solver, at least for the way that I am computing k_eff (tot fission/tot abs). I think that Kord is going to show me/us a different way to compute k_eff once we get the solver working, but this is how he had me do it for my multigroup solver.

Also, I have added the necessary getter and setter and sigma_a array attribute to the Material class. I will be pushing this and my updated code in about half an hour.
