Remove fake void materials for OpenMC models #21

After the <cell material="void" ... /> option was introduced, it is no longer necessary to have a fake material with very low density. This should be used in the following models:

ieu-met-fast-004 ieu-met-fast-005 ieu-met-fast-006 pu-sol-therm-018
